Fenix TK12 R5 2010 spec
Featuring a Cree XP-G R5 LED the multi-mode Fenix TK12 R5 delivers an ultra powerful 280 lumen beam.
Fenix TK12 R5 can be powered by a pair of CR123A lithium batteries or one 18650 Li-ion rechargeable cell and features a removable pocket clip, removable tactical grip-ring, momentery/constant-on tailcap click switch and impact bezel.
Build quality, as with all Fenix products is superb.
TK12 R5 features 3 modes of output: Default mode, Camping mode and Hunting mode. Each mode has two output levels, adjusted by a twist of the torch head. Simply tighten for one level, loosen for the second level in that mode. To change modes, quickly tighten then loosen the head twice to cycle to the next mode in the sequence.
Once a mode has been set, it is fixed until the mode change sequence is is performed by the user.
Modes / Outputs with 2 x CR123A batteries:
- Default mode: Output A, 65 lumens (12 hours), Output B, 280 lumens (1.5 hours)
- Camping mode: Output A, 11 lumens (120 hours) Output B, 120 lumens (5.5 hours)
- Hunting mode: Output A, Strobe (3 hours) Output B, 280 lumens (1.5 hours)
