All items on this site carry a full twelve months warranty and are covered by our 14 day No Quibble Returns Policy.

If an item is listed in stock on the product page then 99.999 % of the time we have it in stock, ready to ship. In the rare event of an item listed as in stock not being available you'll be emailed the same day and given a likely delivery date with the option of an immediate refund, credit or alternative product as you prefer.
Every order is processed and packed with care and every light with re sealable packaging sold to our retail customers is tested prior to packing as part of our customer service.
If batteries are required they will be included at no extra cost so that your new light is ready to use when you receive it.
SHIPPING
All Fenix torches sold to our retail customers include free shipping worldwide! UK torch orders are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and receive the same great Photon Shop service regardless of whether you choose to upgrade your shipping or stick with our standard service. All orders are ALWAYS SHIPPED FROM UK STOCK WITHIN 24 HOURS on a weekday and usually same day.
Most UK deliveries arrive the day after posting (EVEN WITH OUR STANDARD FREE SERVICE) but please allow 2-3 day's for your package to arrive. Please also make sure that there will be someone there to sign for it. Upgrade to special delivery from the main menu (only £3.95 to guarantee receipt of your package the day after shipping)
Overseas parcels are sent via standard airmail service and will usually arrive within 3 - 10 working days dependent on the destination.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY for your peace of mind.
Simply post your item back to us within 14 day's of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. The item and packaging must be in new condition and all originally supplied accessories included. Please pack the item well to avoid postal damage. Insured postage is recommended as we can only issue credit on items received. A copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for return should also be included.
